All our products are handmade and made to order. Please allow up to 10 days for your order to be prepared and shipped.

• Order Processing: Each order is prepared individually after it is placed. The preparation and dispatch process may take up to 10 days.
• Shipping & Delivery: Once your order has been dispatched, the delivery timeline may vary depending on your location and the courier service.
• Tracking Information: Where available, tracking details will be shared once your order has been shipped.
• Delivery Delays: While we strive to dispatch all orders within the specified timeframe, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we create each piece especially for you.

2. Return Policy

Since our products are handmade and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

• Defective Products: If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect.
• Incorrect Orders: If you receive an item different from the one you ordered.

Returns are accepted only for shirts, subject to verification of the reported issue. Products other than shirts are not eligible for return, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at sadah.india@gmail.com. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photographs or videos showing the defect or incorrect item.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Please wait for confirmation and return instructions from our team before sending any item back.
