Order Cancellation Policy

As each product is handmade and made to order, cancellation requests are accepted only within 24 hours of placing the order.

• Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the order being placed.
• Once the 24-hour cancellation window has passed, orders cannot be cancelled, as preparation and production may already be underway.
• To request a cancellation, please email sadah.india@gmail.com with your order number and cancellation request.
• If a cancellation is approved, any applicable refund will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.
